RACQ Redesign

This was a challenge of Design Thinking For IT that required students to apply design thinking to address a business problem, like “what should RACQ do differently to improve their customer loyalty and increase the usage of roadside service?” Some specific tools such as persona, customer empathy map, experience map, etc. were used to develop deep customer insights that help to reframe the problem and solutions.
